Almost every survey has some anomalies in responses and often, these anatomies lead us towards analyzing a trend that may have been previously ignored. This is where deep-diving into individual response data plays a critical role for a researcher as they draw insights from their surveys. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">QuestionPro now enables a researcher to evaluate each of the obtained responses with the \u201cIndividual Response Download\u201d option. This feature facilitates downloading, editing or deleting of responses collected by each and every respondent. Details about the respondent\u2019s source, IP address, timestamp, the time taken to complete the survey and other such information can be retrieved from the Response ID. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A \u2018Response Viewer\u2019 is a dashboard where real-time information from the respondents is reflected. This is where each and every response, individually, can be viewed, edited, downloaded or deleted. A researcher can also send emails to individuals, print each response and also gain access to individual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/employee-spotlight\/\">Employee Spotlight<\/a> reports. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To view, edit, download or delete individual responses: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Login to the QuestionPro account &gt;&gt; Surveys &gt;&gt; Manage Data &gt;&gt; Responses <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-57229\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/login-surveys.png\" alt=\"login-surveys for individual response download\" width=\"894\" height=\"765\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To view a specific response, click on the hyperlink associated with a specific\u00a0<strong>Response ID <\/strong>(as highlighted in the image above). This will open a popup which contains the information of the individual response. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The default response appears in the <\/span><b>Individual Report<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab while the response can be edited from the <\/span><b>Edit Response<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After making the changes from the Edit Response tab, click on the <\/span><b>Update Changes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option.
