Schedule invitation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00a0Pre-Schedule your survey launch date ahead of time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In your account, select the \u201cSend\u201d tab &gt; Email &#8211; customize message &gt; \u00a0click \u201cSend Later\u201d &gt; set date and time &gt; click \u201cSchedule Invitation\u201d to save.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-58170 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Image-1.png\" alt=\"Survey Scheduling Tools 1\" width=\"1644\" height=\"848\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>2. Typically this is used in a long-running survey (transactional surveys) where you have a continuous data collection stream. It can be used to deliver reports to your email in various format and filters of your preference.
