All the features you have come to expect while creating, deploying, and analyzing a customer experience program are now easier to access.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve also moved additional analytic tools within each CX feedback program making it easier to analyze multiple touchpoint surveys along the customer journey.<\/p>\n<h2>Navigating the new CX menu<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon login, once you select a Customer Experience, you will see the primary navigation menu that consists of:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Survey &#8211; Deploy &#8211; Analytics &#8211; Action &#8211; Admin<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under Survey, create a new Feedback or edit an existing Feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63386\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/New-CX-Menu-Navigation-QuestionPro.png\" alt=\"New CX Menu Navigation QuestionPro\" width=\"1088\" height=\"690\" \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once a survey has been created, it will take you to <strong>Edit\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Workspace.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viewing the past version, all of the tools to edit and customize the survey are shown on the top of the page, and the primary menu for surveys is: <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Edit &#8211; Settings &#8211; Reports &#8211; Manage Data &#8211; Integration<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the new version, none of these tools have been taken away from the menu. In the new navigation menu, the primary navigation menu remains the same and will allow you to access these tools with ease:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Survey &#8211; Deploy &#8211; Analytics &#8211; Action &#8211; Admin<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you Select <strong>Survey\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Edit\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Workspace<\/strong>, all the same tools are now available directly under the <strong>Survey\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00bb\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Edit<\/strong>. Settings for benchmarking question and Salesforce integration are now available next to the Edit option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The functionality of all the tools listed on the left column remains the same.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63387\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/New-CX-Menu-Question-QuestionPro.png\" alt=\"New CX Menu Question QuestionPro\" width=\"1366\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><b>CX Analytics Update<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under the Analytics navigation menu, we now offer survey specific analytic tools within every feedback program that will enhance the analysis experience and allow you to customize and view both the CX widget dashboard and survey results side by side. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervisors and regional managers will appreciate the ability to immediately identify specific experiences to follow up on while getting a clearer picture for the reasons why they received a particular NPS score. The accompaniment of additional analytic tools will allow them to dive deeper into their survey results and deliver the best action plan to address each customer experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63385\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/New-CX-Dashboard.png\" alt=\"New CX Dashboard\" width=\"1999\" height=\"680\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Got more than one survey in your CX program?
