Don&#8217;t worry, all the features you have come to expect are still available, we are only changing the names and location of a handful of features in order to make the overall experience easier to navigate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-video\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/DYFJ73Mktpo\" width=\"550px\" height=\"320px\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon login, once you select a survey, you will see the primary navigation menu that consists of:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Edit &#8211; Distribute &#8211; Analytics &#8211; Integration<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/1-Edit-Workspace-.png\" alt=\"Edit Workspace\" width=\"1500\" height=\"760\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Edit<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; This is where all the editing and custom setting options reside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Distribute <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Send menu is now <\/span><b>Distribute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Includes email, social media, intercepts, QR codes and more. New to the Distribute menu is the <\/span><b>Mobile<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> distribution options.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Reports and Manage Data options have merged under Analytics<\/span><b>.<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Integration <\/b>&#8211; Integration remains the same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Edit Menu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63396\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/2-Edit-Workspace-Enterprise-View.png\" alt=\"Edit Workspace Enterprise View\" width=\"1500\" height=\"760\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are no changes to the Workspace, Design, Media Library, and Languages menu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63397\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/3-Edit-Survey-Settings.png\" alt=\"Edit Survey Settings\" width=\"1500\" height=\"760\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; All survey setting tools that customize the experience of taking a survey and receiving alerts and notifications are now available here.\u00a0<\/span>What got moved:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notifications &#8211; Include action alerts, email notification settings and more<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Security &#8211; Customize the ability to limit survey access beginning and completing a survey<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Finish Options<\/b> &#8211; Completion menu is now <b>Finish Options <\/b>and is where you customize \u00a0the action after the completion of a survey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/4-Survey-Rewards.png\" alt=\"Survey Rewards\" width=\"1999\" height=\"913\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Rewards<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Moved under Edit &gt; Settings &gt; Finish Options, survey administrators can offer incentives and rewards upon the completion of a survey.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For those with a Team or Enterprise Edition license, you will have access to two additional Edit menu options under <strong>Edit:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Advanced Quota<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Helps to limit the responses to surveys based on responses to survey questions or system variable\/geolocation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Variables<\/b> &#8211; Formally known as Custom Variable mapping, this allows admins to customize and rename custom variable fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Distribute Menu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63398\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/5-Distribute-Survey-Email.png\" alt=\"Distribute Survey Email\" width=\"1500\" height=\"760\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>Distribute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Send is now <\/span><b>Distribute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> menu, which offers multiple ways to deploy a market research survey.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Email <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span><b> Embed menus <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">remain the same.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Share<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -The Social menu is now <\/span><b>Share<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where you can access social sharing options along with QR codes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Audience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; Expert Services is now <\/span><b>Audience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where you can purchase respondents for survey projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Mobile &#8211; <\/b>\u00a0New to the Distribute menu, Mobile options allow you to set up and manage offline survey devices for collecting responses in the field &#8211; no wifi or 4G needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Analytics Menu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-63401\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/6-Analytics-Dashboard.png\" alt=\"Analytics Dashboard\" width=\"1500\" height=\"760\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reports menu is now <\/span><b>Analytics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Everything related to the management and analysis of data has been moved under Analytics.
