And quick frankly, if you aren\u2019t in the business of tracking customer experience, then you are out of your wheelhouse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fortunately, this is where we can help. We\u2019ve been working with organizations to incorporate the QuestionPro mobile customer experience (CX) software development kit (SDK) within existing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/mobile-apps-classroom\/\">mobile apps<\/a>. Every app user is a Dorothy following the yellow brick road to the land of Oz &#8211; the ideal positive experience. Along the brick road, the mobile CX SDK can trigger notifications along various touch points within the app that engages Dorothy with quick questions and surveys to ensure she hasn\u2019t run into the wicked witch of the west &#8211; or in our case, a bad user experience. Automated notifications and tracking points via dashboard reports, also available online or via mobile, will enable organizations to identify which Dorothies aren\u2019t having an optimal experience and send in help to drive users to the land of Oz. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u201cThat\u2019s cute and all, but what does this look like in Kansas?\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good question! There are 3 components to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/in-app-feedback-tools\/\">in-app feedback<\/a> and surveys:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-64152\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Components-to-In-App-Feedback.png\" alt=\"Components to In-App Feedback\" width=\"1408\" height=\"842\" \/><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Mobile SDK \/ Trigger Point (iOS &amp; Android):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0Admins can define one (or more) trigger points in the mobile app. This can include \u201con app launch,\u201d \u00a0when users navigate to a certain section of the app, or even a simple button to give feedback in the \u201cAbout Us\u201d page.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cloud Infrastructure:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0To control the triggers, data collection(active or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/passive-data-collection\/\">passive data collection<\/a>), and surveys, we offer a web-based admin interface which allows organizations to define the rules that trigger survey to display. This allows for business rules like \u201cDisplay the survey after 7 days of Installing the App\u201d \u00a0or \u201cDisplay the survey after the user has opened the app at least 25 times\u201d or \u201cDisplay the survey only for iPad Users.\u201d <\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Management &amp; Individual Dashboards for reporting: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After capturing the user experience, all data is stored in the cloud &#8211; just like any other survey.
