The simplified point and click setup process that will empower you to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have the ability to change the default language easily<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Test and share surveys in different languages all at once<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage and collaborate with others for translations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be able to change the order of display for different languages<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Automatic translation setup<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let\u2019s assume you want to create and distribute a global survey in English, Chinese, Spanish, and French. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create a survey in a default language (EX: English default)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the \u2018Language\u2019 tab, click \u2018Add Languages\u2019 and select the languages to be used.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/1-Add-Language-Multilingual-Survey.jpg\" alt=\"Add Language Multilingual Survey\" width=\"1999\" height=\"1254\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like the system to translate the survey in the following languages, click on \u2018Auto-translate.\u2019 When it hits 100%, the translation is completed. This may include changes to logos, images, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Import translations setup<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Follow steps 1 through 3 from the steps of the automated translation above (*3 is optional if you already have your own translation)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the left navigation bar, select \u2018Import translations\u2019 and download the template.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68269\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/4-Import-Translation-Multilingual-Survey.png\" alt=\"Import Translation Multilingual Survey\" width=\"1432\" height=\"863\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Update the language-translation template by each language column. Click on the \u2018view\u2019 icon located languages tab to preview the translated survey.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><b>Manually translation setup<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Follow steps 1 through 3 from the steps of the automated translation above (*3 is optional if you already have your own translation)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the left navigation bar, select \u2018Manual translations\u2019 and view the general translation template. This is automatically translated for all languages we support, however, you have the option to update the language commands in this section.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68273\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/6-Manual-Translation-Multilingual-Survey.png\" alt=\"Manual Translation Multilingual Survey\" width=\"1432\" height=\"863\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next, click on \u2018Question &amp; Answer Translations\u2019 to open all questions from the default survey and type or copy\/paste language translated content to each question and answer section. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enable the rich tech editor to add images, colors and more by clicking the template of each language section and select tools as needed. \u00a0Once you reach 100%, move on to the next language using the language dropdown.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-68274\" src=\"https:\/\/www.questionpro.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/7-Manual-Translations-Edit.png\" alt=\"Manual Translations Edit Multilingual Survey\" width=\"1432\" height=\"863\" \/><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preview the survey from the language tab and share a preview URL link of the survey to testers to ensure everything is formatted and language-appropriate.
