Nielsen, the market research firm, recently called Word of Mouth \u201cthe world\u2019s most powerful sales tool.\u201d Social media only amplifies word of mouth.<\/p>\n<h2>What information helps big businesses create profitable small talk?<\/h2>\n<p>Get to know where they spend time.\u00a0 It could be with an organization. It could be within an industry-specific association.
