To make it easier, we\u2019ve added an unsubscribe tool to remove customers who no longer want to receive surveys after a transaction or no longer want to be a part of your customer list in general.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>How to unsubscribe a list of customers<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019ve already sent an email to customers and you need to unsubscribe a few of them while sending a reminder, review the list of transactions and click on \u201cBulk unsubscribe\u201d on Send Reminder page.
