Since Slack has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enterpriseappstoday.com\/stats\/slack-statistics.html\">over 20m users with over 600,000 organizations world wide as customers<\/a>, effectively deploying employee surveys through a company\u2019s Slack channel has become even more critical in helping companies hear from as many employees as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, QuestionPro Workforce has upgraded our Slack integration. Here is an overview of how the Slack integration works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enhanced Accessibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Most employee surveys are traditionally distributed through email. With increased use of Slack, this provides another channel where surveys can be delivered to employees and provide an opportunity to reach them even more quickly.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For organizations who use SSO, their employees will be able to directly access the employee survey without having to remember a login and password, providing the same experience as access through email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Since many Slack users have the mobile app downloaded on their phones, they can get to the survey even faster when they\u2019re on the go.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Increased Engagement&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Employees will get a pop up notification when the survey arrives in Slack, making sure they don\u2019t miss it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clients can decide on the frequency of automated reminders that will go to the employees, making sure only those who have not yet completed the survey receive them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Messages will be sent from a dedicated QuestionPro channel, making it easier for employees to find the survey again if they can\u2019t complete it when the notification arrives.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>And some more logistics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Responses received through Slack surveys are recorded in the QuestionPro system in real-time, much like surveys distributed via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slack channel survey distribution does not have to replace the email distribution, both systems can be used in parallel to achieve the highest response rates.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each slack link is unique to the person taking the survey and can tie back to the employee\u2019s demographics, while still providing the option of having Respondent Anonymity Assurance if the company desires.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Maximize Employee Feedback with QuestionPro Workforce\u2019s Slack Integration\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_gszj8tVsjE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This wraps up the highlights of the QuestionPro Workforce and Slack integration.
