To make sure our clients are getting the best insights from their data, we made the color coding even more intuitive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While our clients have always leaned on the heatmap for insights, they shared with us that at times it was challenging for them to explain the patterns and shading to other stakeholders. Directly from that feedback came our most recent update of the methodology behind the color shading in the heatmap.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"QuestionPro Workforce Heatmap: Simplified Color Coding for Better Insights\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sd7ddU07Gpc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We updated the legend shading on both favorability and mean scores, as well as for delta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the specific calculations and default colors we are using in the heatmaps today. Our clients can still choose from a number of different color coding options for the different ranges.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>For <strong>favorability scores<\/strong>, we are using the following guidelines:\n<ul>\n<li>Dark Green: Scores between 93% and 100%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium Green: Scores between 84% and 92%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light Green: Scores between 76% and 83%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yellow: Scores between 51% and 75%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orange: Scores between 34% and 50%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium Red: Scores between 18% and 33%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark Red: Scores between 0% and 17%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For <strong>mean scores<\/strong>, we are using the following guidelines:\n<ul>\n<li>Dark Green: Mean score 4.6 and above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium Green: Mean score between 4.1 and 4.5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light Green: Mean score between 3.6 and 4.0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yellow: Mean score between 3.1 to 3.5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orange: Mean score between 2.6 to 3.0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium Red: Mean score between 2.1 to 2.5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark Red: Mean score below 2.0 and below<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>2.
