Form must be received at the Seattle Union Hall or via email by end of day on April 22nd 2021 to be discussed at the April 24th Zoom meeting.

Submit only one (1) proposed constitutional change per form. For the purpose of clarity, a marked-up copy of the relevant article, section, or paragraph of the IAM Constitution may be included with this form.
