Thank you for your interest in a Tracy Aviary School Membership. Here is some important information for you to know before completing this form:

- Completing this application does not guarantee a School Membership. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed by the Director of Education, Education Manager, and School Programs Coordinator before final decisions are made.

- Due to funding, Title 1 schools will be given a priority. Non-Title 1 schools are still welcome and encouraged to apply.

- Even with a School Membership, your group will be required to pre-book your field trip through the Education Department.

- With a School Membership, all students and a reasonable number of chaperones receive free admission to Tracy Aviary. Teachers are always free!

- Limited funds are available to cover bus fees. If you are awarded a School Membership, you will be asked during the field trip booking process if a scholarship for buses is needed.

- Fees for tours and on-site programs still apply. However, School Membership awardees are still allowed to apply to other scholarships offered by Tracy Aviary's Education Department. Please ask about available scholarships during the field trip booking process.
