The Norton &Elaine Sarnoff Center for Jewish Genetics is a resource for education on recessive genetic disorders and hereditary cancers. We are undertaking a yearlong process to learn about community engagement with genetic health issues. Our goal is to develop education that best supports the community in learning about health & genetics.

If you would be interested in participating in this project, please fill out this form. We are looking for community members and key stakeholders to participate through spring 2018. No prior knowledge is required. Participation involves filling out a second short survey and being part of a one-on-one interview of 30-45 minutes or a focus group of up to 90 minutes. You may decline to participate in the project at any time, even after you submit this form.

Contact Becca Bakal at [email protected] or 312-357-4717 if you have any questions. Thank you for taking the time to express your interest!
