Blood Cancer Awareness Month Patient and Caregiver Stories

Hello:

CLL Society is looking forward to recognizing both World CLL Day on September 1st and Blood Cancer Awareness Month throughout September. These awareness events are for YOU. They are a time to promote awareness and increase education around those living with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. As such, we would like to take time during the month of September to elevate your voices as CLL patients and caregivers.

What you choose to share is up to you. It can be a short quote about what these awareness times mean to you, or it can be a longer story about what it is like to live with CLL. The goal is that personal stories and quotes about CLL from those impacted by it will help others develop a greater understanding of the disease.

Should you choose to provide a quote and photo, they are subject to be used on CLL Society's Facebook and Twitter accounts during the month of September to promote World CLL Day and Blood Cancer Awareness Month. If you would like to provide a quote but wish to remain anonymous you can make this known below.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this survey please reach out to Nicole Kamphuis at nkamphuis@cllsociety.org.
