The purpose of this research study is to learn more about (1) financial risk tolerance, (2) financial stress, and (3) finance related health behavior among consumers. We hope that this will provide more knowledge regarding the factors that influence individual financial well-being. Also, the result will show your financial risk tolerance score, financial stress score, and health behavioral score, which will help your financial life planning.
 
Each survey will take 5 to 12 minutes to complete. You may answer only one questionnaire among three surveys or all three questionnaires.
 
The data collected through this website will be stored at the Department’s electronic devices. The data will be stored as numeric information to help maintain confidentiality. The data will be used only for academic purposes without any commercial purpose. For tracing the financial behavioral trends in Americans, the data will be stored for 10 years and used for academic research only. Also, your IP address will be collected but will not used in the data analysis process.
 
However, by answering online survey format, your confidentiality is only as secure as your equipment; no guarantees can be made regarding the interception of data sent via the Internet.
