You are invited to participate in our survey to learn about your thoughts and experiences in the afterschool program. Kids across the state in all 21st Century Community Learning Centers programs will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their afterschool program. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete as you read carefully and think about the choices.
Learning what you think about your afterschool program helps your program teachers and leaders work to make programs better and better every year. What you think MATTERS!
