Dear Dive Industry Professional,

This is a special 'certification' survey. As many of you know, there is no reporting system for global NEW dive certifications. 
Our industry has been hit hard and will continue to be for the forceable future, by the COVID pandemic. However this is 
also a good time to start an audit of collecting certification data. 

As you know, new certifications are the lifeblood of our industry. So the purpose of this special survey is to create baseline 
for future measurement. Regardless of the low numbers of certification, I would ask you to please be as honest as you can 
with the answers. No individual data is ever reported, only collect data for large regions are reported. Other questions asked
include what kind of data you would like to see and when, regardless if you offer classes or not.

There are only a few brief questions in this special dive business survey and it only takes a couple of minutes to complete. 

Just as in last month's survey, the results will be emailed to this address regardless if you participate or not, my hope is you 
will help out in collecting this worldwide data on the dive industry.
