Thank you very much for participating in our Metris job matching program. Unlike other assessments you may have taken, our goal is not to filter you out of jobs. Rather it is to find the job that is the right fit specifically for you. There are no "right" and "wrong" answers. Each answer choice filters into a positive category - you just get to pick which category describes you more. The more authentic your responses, the more likely you will be matched to a company where you gel with the people and culture and, ultimately, are your best, authentic self.
