As your newly Integrated Sexual Health Service, we have had to adapt how we work. During COVID our sexual health services have been able to offer advice, STI testing, treatment and contraception through a mixture of face to face appointments and telephone chats.
We would really appreciate it if you could give us some feedback on how you found the service? All staff require feedback from patients as part of our annual reviews. This is often hard to get in a busy clinic, so we hope this way more staff can receive positive recognition for their hard work.
