2. This survey is being done at a franchise level and NOT at an outlet level. Therefore, in case you have multiple outlets, please provide a holistic feedback taking everything into account.
3. However, multiple franchise owners can respond multiple times. One survey form is valid for one franchise for an OEM. In case you own multiple franchises either in the same segment (i.e. 4W Cars/ UVs) or different segments (i.e. 4W Cars/ UVs & 2W), please fill the survey multiple times.
