Luther Seminary's RIC Journey

As part of our RIC Journey, we are gathering stories that demonstrate why becoming RIC is a necessary component of our Accountability, Belonging, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ABIDE) work. We would also like to emphasize how becoming RIC fits into our current welcome statement, strategic plan, and mission statement.

We encourage you to save the link to this survey - you may submit this survey as many times as you like, and all questions are optional. If you choose to submit this anonymously, but would also like us to include you in future RIC conversations, please either submit this survey twice (once anonymously and once not) or email Steph Newman at snewman001@luthersem.edu.
