COVID-19 Safety for Faith-Based Organizations

You are invited to participate in the Louisville Institute Pastor's Study Survey to assist pastors in their Public Health, Wellness, Safety and Crisis Management Strategies for church growth during and beyond COVID-19. There are 32 questions; and, it will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The expected outcome of this study is to design and develop better toolkits for the church/faith-based organizations to assist you and your staff to help eradicate breakouts of COVID-19 and other viral infections that may affect your congregations. Your faith is essential. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no risks associated with this project and you can remain anonymous.
