Aquatics and Recreation Workforce Development Needs Survey
The Aquatic and Recreation Workforce Development Needs Survey is being conducted to collect information from Australian aquatic and recreation sector workers about career development, learning and development activity, and manager's perspectives on workforce capability.
Research is vital to informing future policy and workforce development initiatives impacting the aquatic and recreation sector. This survey is an opportunity for workers to voice their experiences as employees within the sector.
We would appreciate your taking the time to complete the following survey. It should take about 20 minutes of your time.

This project is being completed as part of the Aquatic and Recreation Open Data (AROD) initiative. AROD adopts the following principles of open research:
The outputs of research, including publications, datasets, and research tools are freely accessible;
Research processes and methodology are transparent therefore making the research able to be reproduced to increase the amount and quality of information on the public record; and
Uses open collaborative methods to increase efficiency and widen participation in research.
In keeping with these principles, the following will be made publicly and freely available following the completion of the survey:
