In order to better understand your experience and to improve our training for future participants, we invite you to participate in a brief post-training survey.

It will take five to ten minutes to fill out and provide us with valuable information. Your participation, though, is completely voluntary. You can skip any question you feel uncomfortable answering and withdraw from the survey at any point.
