Hello:
You are invited to participate in my survey aiming to examine change effectiveness at FedEx APAC HQ. In this survey, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire related to motivation, self-efficacy, cultural adaptability and change effectiveness based on your perception and self-evaluation, where 1 indicates Strongly Disagree and 5 indicates Strongly Agree and so on. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
The research is part of my dissertation that will be submitted to Edinburgh Napier University tentatively in March, 2014. Through analyzing the collected data, research findings will be discussed and recommendations will be made in my dissertation.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
