Hello:

You are invited to participate in our survey on museum attendance for parents with young children. In this survey, approximately 25 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their experience attending museums and galleries. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

I am considering launching a special viewing hour for parents and caretakers with small children and children with special needs. This is not a class but rather an opportunity to view exhibitions with your children in tow without concern for disrupting the experience of others.

Note: this is not to suggest that babies and toddlers or children with special needs disrupt the experience of others but I have often heard from some parents with that they are concerned about this.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate in my proposal to my colleagues.
