I am currently in the process of writing my masters thesis at Grenoble Graduate School of Business and would like to invite you to participate in this survey I am conducting to explore consumer perception towards mass customization
.
The results will be useful towards the overall theme of my dissertation which looks to analyze whether luxury fashion brands should embrace mass customization for the long run in what is an increasingly customizable world. Approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the customization process with the aim of undersanding if there is a threshold of perceived risk customers will be willing to take when purchasing a customized luxury fashion good before abandoning their creation (whether online or in store) as well as the general sentiment towards customization.
