Hello ESOL Teachers.  My name is Tina Infinger, and I am currently completing my Doctorate in Reading and Literacy Leadership at Walden University.  As part of my requirements, I have to complete a project study that focuses on a specific need I have identified in education.  My interest is the need for professional development content teachers have in regard to working with our ESOL students.
The questions I am asking you to answer may support my argument that often ESOL teachers lack specific training as a support system for content teachers.
Thank you for helping me as I gather information about my topic.
