Greetings Man of God: You are invited to participate in our survey FRONTLINE Men's Ministry Survey. The Mission of the FRONTLINE Men's Ministry is for every Kingdom Man to become a leader and pillar of this ministry by excelling in the following areas: Faith, Family, Finance, Fitness, Field Service, and Fellowship!. It will take approximately 5 minutes for you to complete this questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary however your cooperation will assist us greatly in crafting a vibrant Men's Ministry that you can be excited to partner with.
