Carnival Tour:
Day 1 (22nd Aug): Get yourself formally dressed in the Novartis logo colors: NOVARTIS BLUE – APRICOT YELLOW – SIENNA RED
Day 2 (23rd Aug): Team Poster Competition
Day 3 (24th Aug): Stall Games, Play Individually - score as a team
Day 4 (25th Aug): Team Quiz
Day 5 (26th Aug): Announcement of “CSP Carnival Winner” and distribution of prizes followed by CSP Team dinner to celebrate the togetherness.
 
What do you need to do:
  •         The team should have 7 members
  •         The team should be as diverse as possible. Brownie points will be awarded to the teams having members from different services – MES, SES, BES & PAS.
       These points will be added to your Carnival week score. Brownie point calculations for your reference:
  • Team represents all the 4 services  - 40 points
  • Team represents 3 services  - 30 points
  • Team represents 2 services  - 20 points 
  •         If you don’t have a team, don’t worry and Register as individual. We will make a team for you! No brownie points will be given in this case.
 
How it works:
Your registered team will participate in the events mentioned above each day:
  •         At the end of the day, the team score will be calculated based on inputs from the Jury/Judges. Further details regarding the same will be communicated after registering
  •         The team should remain same through the entire duration of the carnival week.
  •         On 5th day, the team with highest cumulative score will be declared as winner and will be awarded “The CSP Carnival Trophy”
 
Why to Participate:
Although participation is at individual discretion but:
  •         If you don’t, you will lose an opportunity to have fun which would refresh and energize yourself.  
  •         If you don’t, you will lose a chance to meet & connect with people with in CSP
  •         If you don’t, you will lose the opportunity of winning exciting prizes and awards
