GCT open enrollment will run throughout the month of October, so we are working on designing the 2017 plan right now. Over the years we have received comments, suggestions, and complaints. We want to offer a benefits package that attracts the best and the brightest to work at GCT. We want more people just like you! We also want to keep all of you around and hate the thought of anyone leaving GCT because of dissatisfication with our benefits. This survey is designed to get your thoughts on our health care plan, GCT benefits, types of benefits in general, and possibilities of changes and/or additions. We plan to use the results of this survey to design the new plan, so your participation is imperative. Even if you have not signed up for health and/or dental coverage, or if you have but don't really use them much, all other benefits are included so please take some time to do this survey. The deadline for participation is Sunday, September 11. We thank you in advance for your time.

We also need to remind you that if we make any changes at all, we lose Carefirst. That means that we CANNOT add a third option. You need to keep this in mind as you select your responses or make selections. If we change the healh care plan, we have to go to Anthem (since we are in their territory) if we want to keep a Blue Cross/Blue Shield product, or go to a whole new company. We fought to stay with Carefirst because they have the largest network of doctors and facilities in the area. Anthem is not as widely accepted. If that is important to you, please keep that in mind.
