HFH Summer Day Camp Staff

Hello: Thank you for being part of our Summer Day Camp Team this summer. To aid us in planning for the future, you are invited to participate in our Summer Day Camp Survey. In this survey, staff will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the Summer Day Camp experience. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this survey. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
