HSS Year 1 hobbies survey

Hello: You are invited to participate in our survey to plan more bonding events for our freshman students, hence we are trying to find out mroe about the activities that you enjoy to design and host bonding events that will appeal to you. In this survey, all the fresh man students will be asked about activities of interest, lifestyle and daily routine. It will take approximately 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is compulsory. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this survey will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
