Relax Kids helps children and young people to find ways to deal with difficulty through play and relaxation. Children and young people may experience anxiety, depression and bullying and not have the tools to manage how they feel which may lead to isolation and despair. You are invited to participate in our survey to determine whether our service is needed. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. It is very important for us to learn your opinions i order to provide the very best service. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate.
