Please follow these easy steps: |

Fill out the parameters for each of the 4 aspects by |

1) moving the bar under "Current self assessment" |
|
|
|
|
|
|
The bar goes from 1-5 where 1 is lowest |
|
|
|
|
|
|
and 5 is highest. |

|
|

|
2) choosing the future importance of the parameter in the drop down menu under "importance" |

The drop down menu goes from 1-5 where |
|
|

|
|
|
