Dear Participant (Sustainability Lover/ former LUMESian, LUMESIAN), you are invited to participate in our survey:

Currently we are working on initiating a more formal vehicle to continue our relationship with LUMES/LUCSUS, therefore we would like to ask you several questions, which would help us to identify the potential of this future alumni network as an active collaboration/information sharing/ networking platform for alumni of our study programme.  

It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
