Survey Easy Reading Corner
Iām a student at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS) based in The Netherlands, studying Media, Information and Communication, however I moved to the United Kingdom four years ago before I could complete my study.
This survey is part of my final dissertation and is in association with Helen Arkell Dyslexia Centre and will take about 10 minutes to complete. The objective of my dissertation is:
To see the benefits and drawbacks to the introduction of the Makkelijk Lezen Plein (The Easy Reading Corner) into libraries for children aged between 8 and 13 years with reading difficulties in the United Kingdom.
The Makkelijk Lezen Plein is a successful project within libraries in the Netherlands offering help to children with reading difficulties. The aim is to give these children confidence with their reading and make them enjoy picking up a book.
