You are invited to participate in our survey [Technological Competency and Communication Barriers in Blended Learning System among students in Malaysia].

The questionnaire consists of three sections-A, B and C. Section A is intended to record personal information and demographic information of each respondent. Section B offers twelve questions to screen for measure of computer literacy level which consists of four possible answers.
