Hai fellow MCers! This is Moon Called's Moony Suggestion Survey. It is the admins hopes that by opening the Moonys up to the members we will gain a more widespread opinion about who will be up for the monthly awards. There are a few things we would like to note though, in the interests of complete transparency.
‣ By filling out this form we in no way, shape, or form guarantee that your suggestion will result in an actual nomination. These are suggestions, but your opinion matters a great deal to us and can be extremely helpful! So don't be surprised if a character you suggested does show up in the nominations.
‣ Please do not suggest your own characters and/or self for nomination, it's just not proper.
‣ Keep in mind the key things we look for when nominating characters:
   • Activity Level (posting, plotting, etc)
   • Cbox Activity (chatty, welcoming, etc)
   • Entertaining (character's plots are intriguing)
   • Hasn't Won Previously (check our Hall of Fame)
   • Fits Requirements
‣ You may fill out this suggestion sheet whenever and as often as you'd like, however keep in mind that the last week of every month the Moony ballets go out. So in order to have your suggestions be taken under consideration, send them in before that deadline.
‣ You'll also see an area to put comments about your suggestion, if that person/character wins, these reasons you list will be made public to the members of Moon Called.
