This research study is being undertaken by Muhammed Rafi, Research Scholar, Department of Management Studies, Maulana Azad National Urdu University; on ‘Impact of Organizational Justice on Employee Engagement: A study of private sector higher educational institutions.’ The purpose of this survey is to find out the level of engagement among the employees and their perception of organizational justice.
