Exit Survey
Hi, you are receiving this survey because your child or a person you care for has accessed Speech and Language Therapy organised by Peterborough Area Downs Syndrome Group. Over the last year, the group has increased significantly the amount of money it has spent on SaLT. This has also been supported also by a grant from Cambridge Community Foundation. As part of this financial commitment, we are keen to assess the impact of the programme and also use feedback to plan how we will proceed in the coming year. To help with this, we very much hope you will take a few moments to fill in this short survey. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point.
Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, you may contact [Chris King] at [
