The next section will describe what Pivot Hearing is.





Pivot Hearing is a practice development partner/buying group that is unique in the hearing care space because we are in practice just like you are. We are audiologists and hearing aid dispensers running 3 (4 as of February 2015) busy, growing offices in Northern California. We are really good at what we do, and we want to help our colleagues be successful as well. We bucket our offerings into 4 major categories: direct response and digital marketing, community & physician marketing, innovative ways of doing business, and getting more out of your practice management software.

While we can help you with all of the things traditional buying groups can help you with, our strategies and tools actually work and continue to work because we are in the trenches just like you are everyday. We are constantly coming up with new ideas, testing them quickly in our clinics, which see a combined 50+ patents per day, and then bringing them to our members - proven and ready to go.

In addition to our traditional practice development offerings and the ability to buy multiple manfacturers' products through us to pay for our services, we have a special relationship with Unitron and are uniquely able to help you integrate Unitron's Flex program into your practice. We have been using Flex for almost 3 years, and it has been a game changer for our business. At the highest level, it has meant better relationships with our patients, reduced returns for credit, improved cash flow, a premium repair service that simultaneously demonstrates new technology, and differentiated marketing.
