As part of SRA’s Mentor-Protégé Program, Paul and I are taking on a project to understand what SRA and, more specifically, the PSC is doing well to onboard and integrate new team members and to identify areas for improvement. To collect data and input for this project, we are conducting a brief survey to find out how the new members of the Proposal Service Center experienced SRA onboarding and team integration. Our goal for this project is to analyze the data we collect, improve upon the integration of new employees into the PSC, and create a template that is measurable and scalable to be used by any group/team within SRA to improve onboarding processes and team integration for new employees. Based on the data we collect from the surveys, we plan to host mini focus groups to better understand the reasoning behind the survey responses, if appropriate and as needed. Please note that all responses to the survey are anonymous. Should we conduct focus groups, we will create a safe environment and in which everyone can feel comfortable voicing their opinions. In order for us to have a successful project, it is important to collect quality and accurate information, so we ask that you please be completely honest in your responses. Thank you! - Erica Brouillette |
