You are invited to participate in our survey related to the dining and bar experience at Shady Hollow. In this survey, our members are being asked to complete a survey that asks questions about a variety of aspects related to dining and the bar.  It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary, however it is very important for us to understand your opinions so that we can evaluate our service and continuously make improvements.
