Hello: You are invited to participate in our Occupational Health and Safety survey to determine our gaps (if any) in complying with all OHS legislation and regulations . In this survey 1 person per branch will be asked to complete this survey that asks questions about our OHS Management system. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is compulsory. It is very important for us to learn your about your branchs' OHS practices to be issued with a Valid and Current OHS certificate.
