UCAN is inviting those affiliated with or in some way connected to the United Church of Christ (UCC) to share generally on their views about HIV prevention, particularly for the UCC in various community settings.

Your participation is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
