Food Logistics is accepting nominations for The Golden Pallet Award--the first food industry award to recognize excellence in warehousing. Readers are asked to nominate a warehouse in one of four categories: food/beverage/consumer goods manufacturer; self-distributing supermarket chain; grocery or convenience store wholesaler; and foodservice distributor.

Food Logistics' editorial staff will determine the winners, which will be profiled in upcoming issues of the magazine.

The winning warehouses for the food manufacturer and supermarket retailer have been selected and appeared in our March and May issues. The winning foodservice distributor will be announced in our October issue.

We are still accepting nominations for grocery or convenience store wholesaler. The winning warehouse will appear in our July/August issue.

Deadline for entries: July 3, 2009
