Online Shopping Experience Survey

Dear Colleague,

You are invited to participate in my survey for Online Shopping Experience. In this survey, you will be asked questions about three major online grocery shops, OCADO, TESCO and Sainsbury's. If you have used these websites, please help me by filling the survey. There are 23 questions and it will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. For each question, I have also asked you to indicate the level of importance you give that to question. This will help me analyse what is important to consumers and how the website rate against that.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate.
