The City is collecting information from residents in support of our Stormwater Program and our efforts to improve stormwater drainage issues. The following survey includes questions on general stormwater knowledge and specific questions on drainage and flooding issues in your neighborhood. Please answer the following questions as they relate to your residence and/or place of business. The City would like to follow up on these surveys, particularly if you know of a drainage and/or flooding problem.
