There has been a very large number of reported users with dead bluray drives in their ps3s. The symptoms are always the same; upon insert of a DVD/Bluray/PS3 game/CD the access indicator spins in the upper right-hand corner, but the disc never appears in the XMB menu. We are beginning the process of a class action lawsuit, and need your help. By answering the following questions, you agree to let us list you as a contact for the class action suit that we're preparing for Sony.
